Integrity RTO Solutions — How to Apply

Integrity RTO Solutions is committed to providing a smooth and supportive enrolment experience. Follow the steps below to apply for your chosen course.

Step 1-  Click Apply Now to begin your online application.

Step 2 — Complete Your Application

You’ll be guided through a simple online form that captures:

  • Personal details and contact information
  • Education and work background
  • Course and intake preference

Step 3 — Upload Your Documents

During the application process, you’ll need to upload the following documents:

  • Proof of identity (passport, driver licence, or birth certificate)
  • Evidence of previous qualifications (if applicable)
  • Current National Police Check (see below for details)
  • Visa details (if applicable)

All uploads can be made directly through the application portal. Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX (max 5 MB per file).

Step 4 — National Police Check Requirement

A valid National Police Check (NPC) is mandatory for some courses, particularly those involving practical placement. How to obtain a National Police Check:

  1. Visit the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission website: https://www.acic.gov.au/national-police-checks
  2. Complete the online application or visit an accredited agency/local police station
  3.  Allow several business days for processing
  4. Upload your NPC certificate once received

If your NPC is in progress, you may submit your application and upload the certificate later.

Step 5 — Application Assessment

Once your application and documents are submitted, they will be assessed to determine your eligibility for enrolment. Our admissions team will review your information, LLND results, and supporting documents. You will be notified if further information is required.

Step 6 — Enrolment Approval & Payment

If your application is approved, you will receive fee payment instructions. Upon approval and payment of the first instalment of fees, you will receive your official enrolment confirmation and access to induction and learning materials.

Step 7 — Begin Your Learning Journey

Once enrolled, you’ll receive:

  • Orientation details and class timetable
  • Trainer contact information and ongoing student support resources

Important Information

  • Ensure all details and uploads are accurate to avoid delays
  •  National Police Checks must be valid and may need renewal during your course
  • All students must complete an LLN assessment before enrolment confirmation
