A Leader with Deep Healthcare and Education Expertise
Brinda Rowe brings a diverse and extensive background in healthcare, compliance, education, and entrepreneurship. Registered with AHPRA as a Nurse and holding a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Nursing from the University of Newcastle, Brinda’s clinical experience spans from remote Indigenous healthcare to trauma education and compliance management.
Before founding Integrity RTO Solution, Brinda held pivotal roles in the education and community sectors, including Clinical Policy, Risk and Compliance Officer for an aged care provider in the Northern Territory, Compliance Manager and Trainer Assessor in the private and not-for-profit sectors, and Manager of Clinical Governance for an aged care provider in Queensland. Her hands-on experience in aged care, disability support, and health training provides her with unique insight into the needs of both students and the community.
Entrepreneurial Spirit and Strategic Vision
As the sole owner and CEO since 2023, Brinda has steered the creation of Integrity RTO Solution from the ground up. Her accomplishments include designing comprehensive business plans, establishing quality management systems, managing financial operations, and pioneering compliance frameworks that strictly adhere to ASQA standards.
Brinda’s entrepreneurial drive extends beyond administration. She actively leads student support service development, marketing outreach, and vocational placement coordination, ensuring Integrity RTO Solution delivers student-centred training that empowers learners and addresses workforce shortages, especially in aged care and community services.
Commitment to Community and Cultural Respect
A deep respect for Elders and Indigenous cultures informs Brinda’s leadership approach. Her work as a Remote Area Clinical Nurse and Clinical Training Research Officer reflects her dedication to improving health and education outcomes in regional and remote communities.
Brinda’s vision is clear: to position Integrity RTO Solution as a trusted provider that offers inclusive, accessible, and high-quality training specifically tailored to diverse learner needs, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
