Our family, Brinda, her mother, Jenny, and her son Callum, bring decades of experience in education, healthcare, leadership, compliance, and community development. Together, we deliver nationally recognised, culturally safe, and flexible training across Australia. From urban workplaces to remote communities on Country, our mission is to provide high-quality vocational education and training (VET) that empowers learners, strengthens skills, and supports local industries.

Gary the Gecko is more than a mascot; he’s the face of Integrity RTO Solutions. Representing adaptability, curiosity, and strength, Gary reminds learners to “stick with learning” and celebrate every step of their journey.
He appears throughout our resources and events as a bright symbol of continuous improvement, confidence, and growth. Just like Gary, we believe that with encouragement, support, and care, every learner can thrive.
Brinda
Owner & CEO | Training & Compliance Manager | Sales & Marketing Manager | VP Coordinator
Brinda leads Integrity RTO Solutions with heart, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in education and compliance. A qualified educator and nurse, Brinda has extensive experience in training design, compliance management, and leadership across the VET, tertiary, and corporate sectors. Her experience working in remote Northern Territory, Queensland, and Western Australia shapes her passion for culturally safe, trauma aware, and person centred education.
She ensures every learner, including First Nations and CALD learners, has access to inclusive, high-quality vocational training that builds confidence and career opportunities. Brinda’s leadership reflects our value of Excellence, ensuring every course meets national standards while remaining flexible, practical, and industry relevant.
Jenny
Administration Manager | Student Services & Complaints Resolution Officer
Jenny brings more than 40 years of experience in education to Integrity RTO Solutions. A respected teacher, principal, and education leader, Jenny has worked across secondary, VET, and tertiary sectors, including First Nations education in remote NT and QLD.
She leads with empathy and care, ensuring every student receives timely, supportive, and culturally responsive service from enrolment to graduation. Jenny’s role reflects our values of Respect and Inclusion, ensuring every learner feels seen, heard, and supported in a safe, trauma aware learning environment.
Callum
Trainer
Callum is a passionate trainer and qualified nurse who brings real world healthcare experience to every classroom. Having worked as an Assistant in Nursing, Enrolled Nurse, Research Community Liaison Officer, and Registered Nurse across NT, QLD, and NSW, Callum understands the realities of healthcare work, from hospitals to aged-care settings.
Callum spent his childhood walking in the red dirt of remote communities in WA and NT and on the pristine sands and waterways of Lake Macquarie in NSW.
He delivers hands on, industry relevant training that helps learners develop confidence, clinical accuracy, and communication skills. Callum embodies our values of Respect and Lifelong Learning, supporting learners to grow both personally and professionally through education that’s practical, person-centred, and culturally safe.
